Day 5
Chill day!
Today we spend the day exclusively at the pool and on the beach. Compared to the last few days, where it was constantly around 30 degrees, the temperature is going up.
The wind keeps blowing every now and then, otherwise it would be almost unbearable. In the afternoon I sit on the beach again. There is still a bit more wind blowing here, but a look at the weather app shows: even in the late afternoon at 5 p.m. it is still +33 degrees, the perceived temperature is +38 degrees! Cool! Luckily we have a well-functioning air conditioning system in the room 😅😅😅
Tonight we're having dinner at a Japanese restaurant. I'm already mentally preparing myself to eat in the buffet restaurant later, as I don't eat meat or fish and don't necessarily like the fishy taste of vegetarian sushi.
As with the Italian restaurant, there is a buffet. The Japanese restaurant boasts a huge selection of sushi. At the chef's counter there is vegetarian food, although neither Japanese nor Asian.
But the family is thrilled with the sushi!
After everyone is full, we stop next door at the Yassa Buffet Restaurant and Sohnemann and I treat ourselves to a main course and dessert. The dessert in particular is simply the tastiest here (and the selection is the largest). However, we miss the chocolate fountain today! Where did he go!? We almost have the impression that dark chocolate has run out because almost all desserts that were otherwise made with dark chocolate can now be found with white chocolate. A matter of taste…
