Lake District - Crummock Water

Scotland was actually still on our travel itinerary. However, it has already become quite cold and we didn't really experience a summer on our trip. So we decided to skip Scotland and head towards southern Italy after England.

But first, we have a few destinations in England.

The route takes us over the Whinlatter Pass. Here we treat ourselves to a delicious break 😋

The roads towards the Lake District become narrower and bumpier, just the way my driver likes it.

Squirrels dart across the path here, we didn't even know that there are special signs for them 🐿🐿🐿

This beautiful lake in the Lake District is called Crummock Water.
