Day 9: Temple upon temple

Today we continued from Pran Buri to Prachuap Khiri Khan. We stopped at 3 temples.

All interesting though

You know one, you know them all...

But there were a lot of monkeys at one temple and the view was breathtaking. I and 2 others screamed “I am the king of the world” at the end when no one was there. It was awesome again. And I used a gong bowl today.

I don't know much about Buddhism either, so I don't understand it all that much. It was awesome today when we attended a ceremony by monks. They sang in a foreign prayer language and it was so captivating. Really crazy. That made me really want to learn more about religion. Let's see how long this motivation lasts😂

Our hotel is right on the beach and we all went straight there. The waves were super high and we jumped in. I really thought I was going to die. Once I was under the wave, safely turned 3 times, swallowed 7 liters of water and collected 10 kilos of sand with my swimsuit. After that I preferred to avoid the super warm water…
