New Zealand - The Preparations

First entry! Finally it's starting!
In this travel blog, we want to share our joint trip to New Zealand with you. 'We' are Thorsten (37) and Christin (33) from Viernheim.
We are looking forward to a joint 4-week tour through New Zealand. A little dream come true for both of us!
Anyone who has ever dealt with the destination New Zealand will quickly realize that it requires a lot of preparation. Starting with planning the flight, the sights you don't want to miss, the route, and so on.
Mobility on site was very important to us. That's why we decided to travel with a camper van that will be our home for just under 4 weeks.
Right-hand drive and left-hand traffic! That will definitely be a major adjustment :)
The route we want to take includes both islands, including a ferry crossing. The tour will begin in Auckland. In general, it looks like this:
The whole thing starts on 21.12.2017 from Frankfurt. From Frankfurt, it goes via Rome and Bangkok to Auckland.
