06.02. Cape Town

After the bush, we drove back to Port Elizabeth. We were a little excited because we didn't know exactly how an inland flight works here. But everything was super relaxed.

After landing in Cape Town, we took 2 taxis directly at the airport and drove to our house in Green Point. Marc and I had to leave quickly because we were invited to a braai at Tess and her family's (Marc's sister). We had a super nice and relaxed evening while back home things were happening...

In the evening there was load shedding and the Lustig family didn't know about it - so they suspected that there was a blown fuse somewhere. Well, Carsten started pressing buttons... until the alarm went off and didn't stop. The police quickly arrived on the scene and the landlord also came promptly. Gary (our landlord) was able to reset the whole system and we only found out about it the next day. Well, it was an experience for them and they now have a new friend in the police :)
