Hello and welcome to my new blog entry! 😂

I finally managed to write a blog entry. I have to say, I don't know what the next few weeks will look like. 😅

At the moment, I am in employee training, which has a full schedule from morning to evening. But more about that later in the blog. 🙃

Short summary of last week: I received a package from my family in Germany with items that I have really missed, either because they are not available in the USA or because I wished to have them again. That was really cool! 😃

Then last week, I had some time to go out with the camera and practice for the summer. That's why you will see a lot of flower pictures in this blog. 😂

Now it's out: I will not be taking pictures in the summer, instead, I will focus on shooting videos! Personally, I find it a bit more exciting because you can edit the videos really well. 🤗

Last week, my chores included helping out in the workshop, washing tractors and other transportation vehicles. 🚿

Last weekend, one of my roommates gave me a small fan and an alarm clock as a gift! She wanted to help me out for the summer in case it gets too hot in the bunkhouses where we sleep, either with children or other staff members. But since I'm not a counselor, I will probably share a bunkhouse or as it is called here, a 'bunkhouse', with others. 🙌🏻

Back to employee training. We employees get to know each other and attend various seminars. We are being prepared on topics such as emergency measures and other important things we need to know in advance. Afterwards, the summer camps will begin in full swing. ☺️

Because of this, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to upload something new in the next few weeks. 😅 It's also my first time participating in something like this. ;)

The blogs will be a bit shorter than usual for now. 🙁

I have to leave now, it's still very early in the morning here. 😅👋🏻

At the moment, I am in employee training, which has a full schedule from morning to evening. But more about that later in the blog. 🙃

Short summary of last week: I received a package from my family in Germany with items that I have really missed because you can't get them in the US or because I wished I could have them again. That was really cool! 😃

Then last week, I had some time to go out with the camera and practice for the summer. That's why you'll see lots and lots of flower pictures in this blog. 😂

Now it's out: I won't be taking pictures this summer, instead, I'm going to focus on shooting video! Personally, I find it a bit more exciting, because you can then also edit the videos. 🤗
