After another eventful Saturday, my plan for Sunday was to plan the backpacking tour through Malaysia in the last two weeks.
This week, I went to the Muslim quarter of Kampong Clang in search of one of the many cult cafes in Singapore. My goal: Haji Lane, a small hipster lane with many cafes, small shops, boutiques, and street art.
Haji Lane Before deciding on one of the many cafes, I took a look around the neighborhood. Worlds collide here. I was just fascinated by a small side alley with street art and a jazz club... Side alley of Haji Lane ...and then just two streets further, I come across the magnificent Sultan Mosque. Sultan Mosque Enough sightseeing. In Shop Wonderland, I devoted myself to a cup of cappuccino and my Malaysia travel guide, once again enjoying the great cult cafe atmosphere. Shop Wonderland
