Day 8/9 - Gota Canal and Tiveden

Our journey continues past Lake Vanern towards Tiveden National Park, right through typical southern Sweden.
We make a short stop in Sjotorp, where the Gota Canal begins, connecting the two lakes Vanern and Vattern.

We would love to spend more time here, as the Gota Canal fascinates us, but our destination for the day awaits - Tiveden National Park.

So we quickly drive the final stretch to our campsite, where we immediately feel at home.
Our pitch is located near the shore of Lake Unden, on a spacious meadow with plenty of space and many trees.

Everyone now spends the evening in their own way, we parents explore the lake landscape and the forests on a short hike, while the kids enjoy their time at the campsite.
