Drive to Saint-Jean-De-Pied

I slept wonderfully until just before 8 a.m. Then packed up and went to the train station. To my surprise it didn't rain. It's supposed to rain a bit later. I'm curious to see how the first day will go. In general, I always need a few days of hiking to get into the flow. Thoughts like "Why are you doing this to yourself?" come to mind. or "Why don't you chill on the beach in the sun?" but that will pass. My train comes on time and I should be there around 10am. I wanted to go to pilgrim information on site, maybe. drink a coffee and then go. I don't really know how I'm going today because there are 2 routes and at the beginning I need a little time to always recognize the signs. I'm excited and will see how it develops. The route today is also long at almost 25km and many meters in altitude. Would be as far as Roncesvalles. I have already inquired about accommodation there.
