Exciting day: hello Morocco 🚐🇲🇦

Today we left early in the morning to Algeciras to the port, because we packed up and temporarily turned our backs on Europe 😅 with the ferry we went to Tangier Med in Morocco!

The ferry ride is short, but very exciting with entry checks and police controls. Right after the ferry there was a very intense customs check including X-ray for the car, showing papers several times and sniffer dogs around and inside the car 😅 However, the border officials were all extremely friendly and the process was super organized and without chaos.

After buying the SIM card for the internet, we headed towards Chefchaouen for the first stop. On the drive, we are always accompanied by many people on and off the road, and many animals - especially stray dogs.
