Song: Petit biscuit - Sunset lover
So my dear, I am currently a bit behind. That could be because on the morning of 03.02.2019, I met three pretty cool girls and have been with them ever since.
When I set out on the trail to Cape Raoul in the morning, I hoped to meet someone with whom I could possibly do the 4.5-hour hike. When I arrived there, Julie, Valentine, and Emi were standing there and when I asked them, they immediately agreed. So we set off, saw only 2 snakes, and enjoyed the sunny day with a total of 15 kilometers of ups and downs. The landscape changed from dense forest to desert, and in the end, every single drop of sweat was worth it - because the view was stunning. We even saw some seals at Cape Raoul. Even if we hadn't seen them, we would have heard them.
In the afternoon, I drove alone to the tasselleted pavement.
When I drove back to the beach where the girls were, something typical happened to me. I forgot to put the gearshift on "P" when parking and rolled down a small slope and got stuck. :-D Since the slope was made of gravel, reverse gear didn't help me either. Luckily, there were some helpful people who towed me. :-)
Yesterday, the girls and I took the ferry from Tribuinna to Maria Island at 9:00 am. Our hike took us from the fossil cliffs to the painted cliffs, which were beautiful. And the beach there was also like the Caribbean. The visit was rounded off by a small wombat. In the evening, we went to Freycinet National Park. We slept in a parking lot there, where even the toilet didn't have light. :-D
