Hello,
we were in for a nasty surprise when buying our admission tickets to Escape Park. The longest water slide in the world was out of order indefinitely. However, since we had already made the trip, we decided to spend the day there anyway. The other slides were also a lot of fun and we even got to fly through the air on the Banana Slide, after the ground was pulled out from under us. In the adventure area's climbing forest, we got a short nature shower that completely drenched us, but a 20m diving tower, giant swing, or a tire slide were able to cheer us up again. After the very fun day, we had an amazing Wan Tan Mee (noodle dish with dumplings) on the streets of Georgetown, and then another good night shower in the pouring rain. Yesterday, we spent the day mainly on the scooter, exploring the entire island with all its beaches and temples. Today, we did the famous Street Art Hunting in George Town (treasure hunt for hidden paintings on the walls of buildings), but not in the traditional way on foot, but the express version on the scooter, preferably crisscross without any traffic rules. After lunch, we are now sitting on the ferry to Langkawi Island, which will be our final stop in Malaysia.
See you later,
Malia
