Today we finally started. We drove to Eindhoven Airport in the morning and flew from there to Dublin for nearly 2 hours. It is better to fly to Ireland with a passport to avoid the long queue at the ID check. After walking about 5km through the large airport, you reach the entrance hall. There we booked our car 🚘 for the next few days:
Our rental car. We decided on an automatic vehicle on site and definitely made the right choice! We have already covered 300 km today with the vehicle and were greeted in the hostel in the evening with a nice conversation and tea. The room is super cozy. The Farmyard Hostel near Ballinrobe.About driving on the left:We got used to it faster than expected. However, the roads are really different from those in Germany. If you think that this road can't get any narrower and hilly, wait until the next curve... We are excited to see what Ireland has to offer and what awaits us...
