Stopover in San Francisco

We are enjoying the 17° and sunshine in San Francisco and exploring the city with great joy. The weather may not be Christmas-like, but we are glad about it. The children are amazed by the Cable Car and find the ride fantastic over the hills of the city. We visit the Golden Gate Bridge, which now has a visitor center, and the Cable Car Museum so that we can explain to Felix how the Cable Car works.

The next day, we visit the two-story gingerbread house at the Fairmont Hotel. It smells delicious and is decorated in every detail with icing and plenty of decorations. Equally special are the huge Christmas trees at the Fairmont Hotel, Fisherman's Wharf, or Union Square. Strolling on the beach, the sea lions at the pier, and hot dogs on the roadside, it's just wonderful, the charm of San Francisco.
