E-Bike Tour durch Lissabon mit João

Zwar bin ich heute auch eBike gefahren, doch mit meiner eigentlichen Tour hatte das nichts zu tun. 

Davor habe ich mich zum Mittagessen und zum Kennenlernen mit Lea und Leon getroffen. Die beiden habe ich über diesen Blog kennengelernt und so haben wir uns dann heute persönlich kennenlernen wollen. Leider war das Fischrestaurant heute geschlossen und daher haben wir uns spontan im Park mit einem Hamburger 🍔 begnügen müssen. Es war eine schöne und sympathische Begegnung und ich würde mich freuen, wenn es nicht die letzte wäre. 
Beide kommen sus Mannheim, wo ich bei meiner Nordlandtour im letzten Jahr auch vorbeigefahren bin. 

Danach habe ich mich beeilen müssen, dass ich die kurzfristig gebuchte Tour noch erreichen konnte. Da ich dann den Bus genommen habe, hat es gut gereicht. 

Neben mir haben noch 3 weitere Personen diese Tour über Airbnb gebucht. Einerseits Michael aus den USA mit dem kunstvoll gestylten Schnauz und ein sympathisches Pärchen aus Holland. 
Die eBikes waren sehr gut, doch für mich war es eine grosse Umstellung. Dies insbesondere vom Gewicht her. Doch auch die Breite schätzte ich falsch ein, da ich immer die Packtaschen einberechnet habe. 

João war ein guter Gruppenleiter mit grossen Kenntnissen der Stadt und der Geschichte von ganz Portugal. Ich habe das als Teilnehmer sehr genossen, obwohl ich mich sonst gewohnt bin selbständig zu entscheiden und den Weg zu suchen. 

Zum Abschluss gab es dann noch einen portugiesischen Likör, der sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Ich kann diese Tour allen empfehlen, die einen nicht nur touristischen Überblick über Lissabon erhalten möchten.

Aunque hoy también monté en una bicicleta eléctrica, no tuvo nada que ver con mi recorrido real.

Antes de eso, quedé con Lea y Leon para almorzar y conocernos. Los conocí a ambos a través de este blog y hoy queríamos conocernos en persona. Lamentablemente hoy el restaurante de pescado estaba cerrado y espontáneamente tuvimos que conformarnos con una hamburguesa 🍔 en el parque. Fue un encuentro lindo y placentero y sería feliz si no fuera el último. Ambos vienen de Mannheim, por donde también pasé en mi gira por Nordland el año pasado.

Después tuve que darme prisa para poder llegar al tour que había reservado con poca antelación. Desde entonces tomé el autobús, estuvo bien.

Además de mí, otras 3 personas reservaron este tour a través de Airbnb. Por un lado, Markus, de EE. UU., con un bigote artísticamente peinado, y una simpática pareja holandesa. Las eBikes eran muy buenas, pero para mí supuso un gran cambio. Este es especialmente el caso en términos de peso. Pero también calculé mal el ancho porque siempre tuve en cuenta las alforjas.

João era un buen líder de grupo con gran conocimiento de la ciudad y de la historia de todo Portugal. Realmente lo disfruté como participante, aunque normalmente estoy acostumbrado a tomar mis propias decisiones y encontrar mi propio camino. 

Al final hubo un licor portugués, que sabía muy bien. Puedo recomendar este recorrido a cualquiera que quiera obtener una visión general no turística de Lisboa.

I did ride an eBike today, but that had nothing to do with my actual tour.

Before that, I met up with Lea and Leon for lunch and to get to know each other. I got to know them both through this blog and so we wanted to meet in person today. Unfortunately, the fish restaurant was closed today, so we spontaneously had to make do with a hamburger 🍔 in the park. It was a nice and friendly encounter and I would be happy if it wasn't the last one. Both are from Mannheim, where I also drove past on my Nordland tour last year.

After that, I had to hurry to make it to the tour that I had booked at short notice. Since I then took the bus, it was more than enough.

In addition to me, 3 other people booked this tour through Airbnb. Markus from the USA with the artfully styled moustache and a friendly couple from Holland. The eBikes were very good, but it was a big change for me. This was particularly true in terms of weight. But I also misjudged the width because I always included the panniers.

João was a good group leader with a great deal of knowledge of the city and the history of the whole of Portugal. I really enjoyed it as a participant, even though I am usually used to making my own decisions and finding my way. 

At the end there was a Portuguese liqueur, which tasted very good. I can recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get an overview of Lisbon that is not just touristy.
