Te Aroha...

已發表: 25.09.2017

Chinese always say mili or miliam to me, i love it😁

Today i met another person from Dusseldorf who i saw in Auckland, pretty cool that she was also tall, she also came to NZ with Praktikawelten.

Then i met up with Jessyca (Malaysia) and Carmen (Auckland) for breakfast and then we headed to Te Aroha.

I actually already booked a bus, but Carmen is so kind and driving me to this village🙈

After breakfast we went to The Living Maori Village, called Whakarewarewa, the full name is Te Whakarewarewatanga O Te Ope Taua A Wahiao.

There we got a tour. Whakarewarewa is a geothermal field and at the same time a Maori community in the Rotorua area.

Here they cook!

Bathtubs that are way too hot😁 I couldn't relax there. But apparently the Maori are used to the heat. The water is not artificially heated.

I just greeted a Maori properly for the first time☺️

You touch noses twice, sometimes you just say Kia Ora.

Okay guys...we always think that the Asians take pictures of everything...it's really true😅

So i also have a lot of pictures with them😁

We just visited Comvita, and learned more about the honey bees. Comvita is very well known here in NZ. That's where i first wore virtual reality glasses. You completely lose your orientation.

Then we went on to Te Puke to take pictures with the giant kiwi😁

And now we're going to Tauranga, where i've been before, but only at Starbucks and Subway😅

There i had fish and chips for the first time in my life. 😍

After that they drove me to the holiday park, where Lea from Auckland is also staying.

When i arrived she had already cooked and afterwards we had a great dessert from the owner (Ana).

Luke, the owner of the holiday park, drove us into town where we went for a beer. Since they unfortunately already closed at 9, we took our beer with us😁
