Lost in Ireland

ที่ตีพิมพ์: 13.08.2019

Well, not quite, but navigating through Ireland's capital often only works moderately well with googlemaps. The city is more winding than American metropolises, with small streets turning unexpectedly, ending as dead ends, and branching off... Other than that: lots of British brick architecture, bustling traffic, as many seagulls as tourists. Most interesting place discovered: Reading Room of the National Library. Here, the city still breathes its cultural history a little, the pub districts, especially Temple, seem clearly too touristy to me, reminding me more of St. Pauli. But to really get to know the city, it definitely takes longer than the one day I had today.
