On the next day, we decided to visit Sequoia National Park.
After a tiring 4-hour, extremely curvy drive into "nowhere", we arrived in Sequoia National Park, over 2,000 meters above sea level.
Giant trees reached meters high into the sky. The more than 3,000-year-old trees were very impressive. The snapshots with the three largest trees in the world were a must. Brave, we posed in front of the giants at 9C and snow.
In the evening, we continued our drive to Santa Barbara. Due to the lateness of the hour, we decided to stay in Bakersfield, which was two hours away.
