After a few kilometers we arrived in the nice little but partly industrial Åhus, then the bike path led inland in a loop via Kristianstad. Behind the first dune chain (a decent hill) it is really flat. Kristianstad is just below sea level and must be technically maintained accordingly.
There is hardly any wind today and the ascents along the coast later are limited. So a round cycling day, on which we also reached the first 1000 km in between.
At around 5:30 p.m. we arrive at the targeted (large) campsite, only to find that the reception closes at 5 p.m. and the announcement at the given telephone number is also not helpful with the help of a Swedish woman. So we look for the next campsite, just 6 km away and announce ourselves. It is close to the road, but one of the tent meadows is on a small island that we have for ourselves, as we are the only ones here with a tent.
