Honeymoon Island

Absolutely stunning state park. Actually the most beautiful state park in Florida. There is a ferry that goes to Caladesi Island, which unfortunately wasn't running the day we were there. An endlessly long white beach with lots of different shells that you can collect, clear water, little tourism, simply beautiful! The perfect place to just unwind and switch off! We rented a 6-seater bike there and explored the island. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes didn't mean well to us. They sucked us dry 😧😣😅😂🙀 But we saw an armadillo, various types of birds and a ray. I would go there again and again, but next time with mosquito spray🙈
