The children sleep early felt forever. Well, but they also go to bed late. So what? It's vacation.
So today our Paris tour should start. A day to see at least the most famous. We start with bicycles around 11 on our well-known route. We need about half an hour to get to the city center. In between, we see a Patisserie that we can't pass by. Delicious chocolate meringue tart with at least 3000 calories. Doesn't matter... Mom orders arrogantly in French ;)
We still have some time before we climb the Eiffel Tower. We get food and drinks for the journey at the delicatessen supermarket. Then Jule has to pee. Quickly find an unobserved corner in the busy city... 😆
We go to the Eiffel Tower. With the online ticket, we get in quickly and get to climb stairs. The whole area is fenced off, nobody gets in without a security check. Jule is complaining again. She doesn't want to climb stairs while the boys run up. We go up to the second floor. Doable with average fitness but you're tired afterwards. Then it's time to enjoy the view and go back down. On to the bus tour and see the rest. Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées, Notre Dame. Like in Rome - it's hard to make progress in city traffic. No wonder that e-scooters have already prevailed there. The children fall asleep, we look around and take photos. The Parisians - always dressed nicely. The women in high heels. Next to them, you almost feel like a village bumpkin.
We head back around 6 pm. We collapse tired into the camping chairs. The children still have energy for 5 and have a good business idea. They sell the left-behind headphones from the bus at the campsite. They earn almost €9 and say earning money is so easy ;)
We fall into bed. Tomorrow we'll continue towards the Atlantic coast.
