It was not possible to get an appointment at the registration office; as soon as one became available online, it was already taken.
Sebb therefore decided to just go to the registration office, but of course, nothing could be done without an appointment. "Why not use the registration services here on the street?" was the laconic reply from the reception staff at the technical town hall in Leipzig. It couldn't be true; were people being pressured to hire a service provider for a service they could have done easily themselves? One might think there's something fishy about it.
"What the heck?" Sebb thought and sought out a small, inconspicuous registration service provider among the large billboards on the street. The costs were reasonable, the lady was friendly, and the deal was quickly made.
However, Sebb did not have time to pick up the documents; that was now Ines' part. It took a day, and the bus was re-registered.

In parallel, the payment to the seller was transferred. Now the moment had come; we could pick up our new old camper.
