Chinese New Year

On the way to the pagoda, as always, we are overtaken by numerous mopeds, except that today we see little piggy eyes. Cute, right? They were certainly once, now they are crispy. Wrapped in newspaper, the grilled piglets are transported home on cardboard sheets for the big celebration.

From root canal filling to osteotomy ("you can remove bone"), everything is included today, we are busy and learning a lot. In a conversation with Sina, we learn that the study here takes seven years and she graduated in 2014. Rii actually studied tourism and teaching and got into the project by chance.

When we arrive back at the hotel, we have to laugh because there is a kind of sacrificial table set up here: grilled piglet, plucked and strangely draped chicken, and many other delicacies. As everywhere, there are quantities of yellow flowers, which are said to bring luck for the new year of the Earth Dog.
