While winter is slowly knocking on the door in Germany, summer is arriving in South America. We are spending dreamy days on the beach with tropical temperatures and sunshine.
We continue our journey south, always along the coastline. After spending days in Lençois Maranhenses National Park, we went through Parnaiba and Jericoacoara to Fortaleza and then to Berberibe.
Each beach is more beautiful than the other. We explore dunes, waterfalls, cliffs, and lagoons along the coast. The partially secluded, wide, palm-lined sandy beaches promise relaxation and swimming fun - a great place to unwind!
Jericocoara is the hotspot for all wind and kite surfers. The Brazilians love this small town, located in the middle of a national park. It can only be reached by all-terrain vehicles fighting their way through the sandy paths. There are no paved roads in Jeri.
Where hammocks float in the water, you can let your soul unwind...
Fortaleza has one thing in particular to offer: sandy beaches with kilometers of promenades.
