The semester is ending
It's unbelievable, but the semester is coming to an end. The last two weeks are here. Since we still have the practical exam ahead, we are studying diligently. The weather is also nice and it's a beautiful summer. We study by the lake and go swimming. I also go climbing twice and spend a lot of time outside.
The practical exam is going well and I'm glad when it's behind me. On June 7th, we celebrate our farewell party for the Outdoor Education group. In the afternoon, we meet at the lake and enjoy the beautiful weather. Later, we have a barbecue and eat together, happy to spend some more time together before the first ones fly/drive home.
Days full of farewells
We have many days full of farewells ahead of us, because Sara and I are staying until June 15th. On this day, our lease expires and we have to leave the apartment. Half of the course leaves Norway and the other half stays for a while and starts small and big adventures. After finally going to the fish market and buying a few things, we start packing.
We can leave a large part of our luggage in an office at the university, so the car isn't completely full.
I will keep this semester in very good memory and I am incredibly grateful for all the experiences I was able to have.
Many thanks to everyone who made this possible for me.
On June 15th, we will leave our apartment and embark on a road trip through Norway, which will end for me in Oslo.
More about that in the next post,
Your Maike :D
