We know the ferry port in Savona, as we have already traveled from this city to Corsica several times.... but oops, the port of the Grimaldi ferries is at the other end (by the cruise ships). After some detours, we got help from a taxi driver.
On the ferry, the usual chaos: campsites everywhere - but not for us - we enjoyed the suite.
On the way, suddenly excitement, rows form: queuing for customs formalities: stamps for passports and friendly chatting with the officer: "Madame, are you a teacher?"
The next day, another long queue: queuing for the car! Louis bravely battles through the logic: who moves after whom and when and how. If our car were registered in my name, then as a woman I would be allowed to queue at the front.
Arrival in Tangier far outside the city at 2:30 in the morning: what a crowd, squeezing, honking... it took almost two hours before we could leave the car confusion behind us.
