Hello everyone
Hello, as it is called here. I'm reporting from Thailand. After leaving the campsite in Cairns, we had to give up our beautiful hippie camper Jamon. Since we were now without a car and didn't want to pay for another night, we set out on foot, feeling like it was 40 degrees, to the airport. When we arrived there, we had to pass the time for 14 hours until we could finally check in for our flight. After a short 3-hour flight, we landed in Sydney. Unfortunately, we had to wait another 10 hours there for our connecting flight. We flew with a Boeing A380 and landed in Bangkok close to 1 a.m. After we had our luggage together again and were brought to the Khao San Road by taxi, we quickly started looking for a hostel. Since Khao San Road is the most famous for backpackers, the search took a bit longer than expected. Finally, at 3 a.m., we finally found rest in a relatively expensive hostel, completely exhausted.
The next day, we took the opportunity to explore the nearby area. The small streets are way too crowded, it's noisy and dirty. The Asians are also only focused on your money and therefore very pushy, which was annoying in the long run. Nevertheless, there are incredibly cute shops, delicious and very cheap food, and the best massages :). After a very exotic lunch, we went to a temple and watched the prayers there.
In the evening, we went to bed relatively early, as our bus was leaving at 6 a.m. the next morning.
