Dear travel diary,
Saturday, June 19, 2021
Since we don't have a car for the next few days, we take it easy and relax. We enjoy the sun, read our books, and occasionally eat something.
In the evening, we made ourselves comfortable outside with a blanket and ate a pot of pasta while watching the movie Spirit. However, it soon became uncomfortably cool and we had to move inside.

New day, same program, sunbathing, reading, eating.
It only got a bit more exciting in the evening when suddenly the wall of the house started shaking and the glasses on the table were swaying. At the same time, a chill ran down my spine and Chantal and I exchanged worried looks.
After a Google search, we found out that we were witnesses of an earthquake again. The magnitude was 3.0 at the measuring point, a few kilometers away, making it the strongest one experienced here in Hawaii.

Today, we finally gathered ourselves to be a bit more active.
Shortly before noon, we walked to the grocery store to do a few last-minute shopping. We were on our feet for a whole 20 minutes.
As it was already getting cold in the early evening due to some rain in the morning, we did a workout outside. In the middle of the exercise, Dixie ran up to me, licked me, and bit me. A totally playful dog, but unfortunately, I'm not the right person for that.
