Since today's weather was very rainy and the road to the Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers was still closed, we spontaneously changed our plans and scheduled a long drive. From Te Anau via Queenstown and Lindy's Pass to Omarama. It's only about 320 km, but of course we still made frequent stops and therefore took the whole day. Now we have arrived at a cute little campsite in Omarama. The receptionist is a really nice guy and the place is super quiet and family-friendly, called Ahuriri Motels, but also has fourteen camping spots for campervans. Unfortunately, the internet connection is extremely bad, so I can only upload a few pictures. The rest will come later when we have a better connection.
