Continuing on... I spent the past few days in Mossel Bay, Hermanus, and Stellenbosch. After taking a long hike in Mossel Bay, it was time to relax in Hermanus. Some of you may remember that I went on a whale-watching tour in St. Lucia. Unfortunately, I didn't handle the waves very well back then 😅. Fortunately, in Hermanus, I had the opportunity to observe whales again. And even from land! The bay in front of Hermanus is truly a paradise for whale watching. So during my stay in Hermanus, I didn't do much else other than observing the large animals in the water. After the relaxing days, I continued on to Stellenbosch. Here, I went on a wine-tasting tour for the first time. The Stellenbosch area is known for its delicious wines. Those who know me know that I definitely don't belong to the biggest wine drinkers and would prefer a cold beer 😂. Nevertheless, the tour was a lot of fun (which was probably due to the alcohol 😅) and I even enjoyed a few wines myself. In the evening, I treated myself to a delicious kudu steak 😀.
Now I'm back in Cape Town, enjoying my last days in South Africa. The world trip will continue literally on Friday. I'm heading to Miami 😃.
